This project involved premium photography for Si Bilinga, a luxury residential development located on the Gold Coast. The brief was to capture the architectural detail, interior finishes, and lifestyle appeal of each residence, with imagery used across real estate listings, magazines, and newspaper advertising.
Challenge & Solution
The challenge was showcasing a high-end development where expectations are uncompromising and buyers are discerning. With property values ranging from $3–8 million, the photography needed to reflect the quality, scale, and exclusivity of the residences while remaining authentic and editorial in style.
Our solution was to produce refined, carefully composed photography for all 16 luxury units and penthouses. By focusing on light, spatial flow, materials, and premium finishes, we delivered imagery that elevated the development’s presentation and aligned with both luxury property marketing and editorial publication standards.
